It is a good practice to format your client list prior to upload, but not necessary.

For the formatted list to be usable for upload you must save it as a CSV.

Even if you do not have two sets of phone numbers provided to you, you still need to include both “phone 1” and “phone 2” columns when formatting the client list.

Client lists are the only lists you will ever need to upload.

You can export and upload a pre-screener list from another project.

Once you upload a call list you will be able to see all matched and unmatched prospects just by clicking the list open.
